Yes, the year of our Lord 2008 is fast coming to an end and you are once again feeling like He has done what He knows best to you again, which is leaving you to your own peril. No, God has not forgotten you. He has not forgotten about you because you are so precious to Him. It is the devil that is making you believe He has forgotten you and your supplications to Him to change your place in life and set your feet on higher grounds.

I want you to know that God is trying your faith in Him. Keep praying to Him, keep trusting and hoping that He will surely lift you up. The year 2008 might have not met your expectations but I want you to know that you have something some people who are cooling their heels six feet in the belly of earth are not laying claim to. You are alive and that is what matters most. Whenever God decides, you will surely be moved from Egypt and taken through the Red Sea so that you will reach the promised land. You might have crossed the Red sea and the Pharoahs of this world have lost their lives for you to live. So keep believing and trusting in the Lord who made you.

Look ahead of you and you'll see the promises of year 2009 and you will surely get to the promised land and not be given Moses' treatment for being in such a furry with his God.

My prayer for you is that the year 2009 will not pass you by. Keep your faith intact for He is observing your innermost yearnings. Why wouldn't you? Afterall He made you in His own image and wouldn't ever forsake you.

But with you, you will not experience Joseph's travails. Even in your present situation in life, God will visit you and still make a big deal out of you for the rest of humanity to celebrate you.

Don't loose it yet, keep keeping on for your time shall surely come. With God, anything and everything good can happen in your life still. Trust Him.

God's Ridiculous Ways

God works in ridiculous ways that tell that He is a clown whom we find too unbelievable to believe. Why did I say this? Alright, you know the story of David and Goliath or don't you? How David - a youngster defeated Goliath - a well-trained warrior and a giant with nothing but stone is a story in the Bible we know too well. Now tell me, isn't that funny? Can you believe that of all the exposed places on Goliath's body it is only on his temple that the stone flung from David's hunting catapult could hit the giant and send him to an early grave?

Why am I talking about God's unbelievable and mock-worthy ways of showing His supremacy in situatios that concern us? I'm trying to point out to you that God can use anybody anytime to see you out of that situation you have resigned to fate on, waiting for the end to come. Or why do you think He used a murderer like Paul to propagate His kingdom more than any other? Why did He use Moses to teach Pharoah His ways albeit the hard ways. God can kill anybody to prove a point about how dear you are to Him.

Do not despair for He is aware of your inner yearnings and cries at night. Learn to believe Him no matter who He's using. Learn to listen to all opinions, even when they come from your children, siblings, wife, husband, neighbours and your pastors. Sometimes a mad man has a message for you from God. Just pay attention and pray him to lead you to achieve His will for your life.

Believe Him no matter your situation, He'll surely make a way for you if that is what you earnestly desire. Cheers.
